Char Dham Yatra tour package consist of four glorious shrines which include Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. All these spiritual sites are located in the astonishing foot hills of mighty Himalayas in Uttarakhand state of India. According to a popular belief this trip was initiated thousand years ago in 8th century by great reformer and philosopher Adi Shankracharya and since then Char Dham tour is welcoming thousands of pilgrims every year. This glorified expedition starts from Haridwar, the perfect gateway to God and can be reached to Uttarkashi for Gangotri and Yamunotri, then Kedarnath shrine and then finally completed at Chamoli by visiting Badrinath temple.

Yamunotri:- Yamunotri is the original source of river Yamuna and seat of Goddess Yaumna. Situated at the height of 3,293 meters at Uttarkashi the pilgrimage is surrounded by lofty peaks and large valleys. The temple is devoted to Goddess Yamuna and holy thermal spring at Janki Chatti is amomg major attractions of Yamunotri tour. The shrine at Yamunotri temple is made up of black marble is constructed by Maharaja Pratap Shah of Tehri Garwal. The temple opens on Akshya Tritya in the month of May and closes on Yama Dwitya, the next day of Diwali.

Gangotri:-Ganga is one of the most sacred rivers on earth that transcends into the earth to absolve the sins of human beings and this is the reason why Gangotri bears so much importance. It is situated in Uttarkashi state of India is one of the holiest places on the earth for devotees .It is recognized as Shri Gangotri Dham where shrine of Goddess Ganga is being worshipped by millions of pilgrims. The temple was made by white granite at the height of 20 ft attract devotees to catch the holy glimpses of this divine structure. There is also a submerged rock in the form of partial Shivling along the Gangotri which brings great significance and is believed to be the same spot where Lord Shiva entangled the great waves of River Ganga in His matted locks.

Badrinath:- It is one of the famous sites of Char Dham Yatra Packages is situated in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. According to ancient mythology, it is here Lord Vishnu meditates for 1000 years under Badri tree for the welfare of humanity and thus the location is considered a sacred importance by establishing the shrine of Lord Badrinath in the meditative pose. Besides Lord Vishnu there are various other captivating images along with Tapt Kund, Surya Kund and famous Panch Badri are also worth visit.

Kedarnath:- Kedarnath Dham in Rudraprayag district, Uttrakhand is the most ardent place of Lord Shiva. Residing amidst the Kedar hills of Himalayas, alongside the Mandakini River, Kedarnath Temple is the most ancient holy temples situated at the height of 3,584 m above the sea level. A trip to Kedarnath takes you to one of the most sacred jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
